Accuracy Improves; Exceptions Scale Anyway
Who we are
Prosable Outcomes LLC (“Prosable Outcomes,” “we,” “us”) is an AI-enabled business process operations firm that designs, builds, and operates intelligent workflows on behalf of enterprise clients. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information gathered through our website at prosable.com.
This policy covers data we collect from website visitors and prospective clients who interact with us through this site. We do not use personal information collected through this website to train public or third-party AI models. If you are a Prosable Outcomes client, the handling of data within your engagements is governed by our Client Data Policy and the terms of your service agreement.
What we collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, book a Discovery Session, register for an event, or correspond with us, we collect the information you share, typically your name, email address, company name, job title, and any information you include in your message. By submitting a form on this site, you provide this information so we can respond to your inquiry, schedule meetings, and maintain related business records.
Information collected automatically. When you visit prosable.com, we collect technical data through cookies and similar technologies: your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, and referral source. See our Cookie Policy for details on the specific cookies we use and how to manage them.
Information from third-party tools. Our website may use third-party services for analytics, scheduling, form handling, or related business functions. These services may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Where those services use cookies or similar technologies, they are described in our Cookie Policy.
What we do not collect. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or biometric data through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law).
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each tied to a specific legal basis:
Responding to your inquiries and scheduling meetings. To follow up on contact form submissions and Discovery Session requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Website analytics and improvement. To understand how visitors use prosable.com and to improve site content and performance. We analyze this data in aggregate; we do not build individual behavioral profiles. Where required by applicable law, we use analytics cookies only with your consent. Otherwise, we rely on our legitimate interests in improving site performance.
Service communications. To send you information relevant to an inquiry you have made or a relationship we have. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Marketing communications. To send information about services, events, or content that may be relevant to you. We do this only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: consent.
Legal and regulatory compliance. To comply with applicable laws, respond to legal process, or protect our rights. Legal basis: legal obligation and legitimate interest.
How we share your information
We do not sell or share your personal information. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Service providers. We share information with a limited number of third-party service providers who help us operate our website and business — such as our hosting provider, analytics platform, and CRM. These providers process personal information on our behalf under written agreements that require them to protect the information, use it only for the services they provide to us, and not retain, use, or disclose it for other purposes except as permitted by applicable law.
Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice of such requests.
Business transfers. If Prosable Outcomes is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, personal information may be disclosed to counterparties and advisers and transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security protections. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of the transfer and any material changes affecting your personal information.
How we protect your information
We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. These include encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher), access controls limiting who can reach personal data, and regular review of our security practices. Our Security Policy describes our approach to information security in more detail.
No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information and respond promptly to any identified vulnerabilities.
How long we retain your information
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact form submissions and scheduling data are typically retained for up to 12 months after our last substantive interaction with you, unless you become a client or we have another lawful basis to retain the information longer. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form. If you request deletion, we will fulfill your request within the time required by applicable law, unless a legal obligation requires us to retain certain records.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We will provide it in a commonly used, machine-readable format within the time required by applicable law.
Correction. Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Objection and restriction. Object to our processing of your information for marketing purposes, or request that we restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
