Why This Path Exists
Most AI initiatives lose momentum the same way: the team jumps to building before the opportunity is shaped, the operating model is designed, or the evidence is strong enough to justify scale. Enthusiasm outruns preparation, and by the time the gaps surface, the organization has spent budget and goodwill on something that was never set up to succeed.
The Prosable Path exists to prevent that. It is a sequence from exploration to operating proof where each stage earns the next. Organizations move forward when the evidence supports it, not because a project timeline demands it. Stop after any stage and the work already done stands on its own.
The Path at a Glance
The path moves from possibility to operating proof in three stages. Each stage builds evidence that the workflow performs under production conditions, produces a defined output, and ends with a clear decision.

Optimization Roadmap
What to change, in what order, and why. The Roadmap evaluates technology, workflow design, and operating readiness across the target area, then produces a prioritized improvement plan with ROI projections and readiness gaps to close. Leadership gets what it needs to decide whether to proceed and how to sequence the work.
Operations Playbook
How the work will run day to day. The Playbook documents how a process moves through the organization in practice, designs the AI-integrated workflow, and builds the operating model for production, including routing logic, exception paths, and role assignments across L1, L2, and L3 tiers. It runs in two parts: before the pilot and after pilot data refines the design.

Launchpad
Every phase produces standalone value.
Some start with a Discovery Session. Others are ready for an Outcomes Lab or have a specific operational question that a diagnostic can answer. A conversation will identify the right entry point.
