― The Prosable Path

Why This Path Exists

Most AI initiatives lose momentum the same way: the team jumps to building before the opportunity is shaped, the operating model is designed, or the evidence is strong enough to justify scale. Enthusiasm outruns preparation, and by the time the gaps surface, the organization has spent budget and goodwill on something that was never set up to succeed.

The Prosable Path exists to prevent that. It is a sequence from exploration to operating proof where each stage earns the next. Organizations move forward when the evidence supports it, not because a project timeline demands it. Stop after any stage and the work already done stands on its own.

The Path at a Glance

The path moves from possibility to operating proof in three stages. Each stage builds evidence that the workflow performs under production conditions, produces a defined output, and ends with a clear decision.

stage 01

Possible

Clarify the Opportunity
Teams enter here when they see an opportunity to improve cost, cycle time, throughput, or service quality but do not yet have the right shape around the work. The goal is to move from a general sense of opportunity to a specific, actionable starting point.

Discovery Session

A conversation about business operations and the outcomes organizations are trying to improve. Free, 45–60 minutes. Two modes: Exploration mode for leaders who sense opportunity but have not scoped it, and Diagnostic mode for teams with a specific area that is not performing.

The Discovery Session frames the situation and identifies what a sensible next step looks like. When the path leads to an Outcomes Lab, it also identifies which functional area to focus on first.

Outcomes Lab

A paid, facilitated engagement with the functional team. Instead of collecting known pain points, the Lab walks the team through a systematic inventory of where friction, exceptions, and improvements concentrate across their function. The result is a scored register of operational improvements with recommended sequencing, designed to inform a resource commitment. Focused engagements run in a single full-day session. Enterprise engagements add a facilitated internal hackathon and executive debrief across 3–4 sessions.
stage 02

Probable

Design the Operating Model
Exploration has identified where the opportunity sits. Now the work shifts to evidence-based design

Optimization Roadmap

What to change, in what order, and why. The Roadmap evaluates technology, workflow design, and operating readiness across the target area, then produces a prioritized improvement plan with ROI projections and readiness gaps to close. Leadership gets what it needs to decide whether to proceed and how to sequence the work.

Operations Playbook

How the work will run day to day. The Playbook documents how a process moves through the organization in practice, designs the AI-integrated workflow, and builds the operating model for production, including routing logic, exception paths, and role assignments across L1, L2, and L3 tiers. It runs in two parts: before the pilot and after pilot data refines the design.

stage 03

Proven

Launch and Prove It Works
The goal is to prove that the process, handoffs, exception paths, and operating model hold up under production conditions.

Launchpad

Prosable builds the workflow with the team, then operates it in a pilot under production conditions. The Exception Discovery Protocol captures every exception, classifies it by type, tracks how it was resolved, and identifies which patterns can be prevented or automated. The Pilot refines L2 specialist and L3 expert triage and routing, drafts runbooks from actual resolution patterns, and measures go/no-go criteria with data.

The Launchpad answers one question: does this work in practice? The Pilot Report delivers the evidence: exception volume actuals, resolution time baselines, and an operating recommendation for what comes next.

Every phase produces standalone value.

Some start with a Discovery Session. Others are ready for an Outcomes Lab or have a specific operational question that a diagnostic can answer. A conversation will identify the right entry point.
