Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Prosable Outcomes website at prosable.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These terms govern your use of the Site only — they do not govern Prosable Outcomes’ service engagements, which are covered by separate service agreements.

About Prosable Outcomes

Prosable Outcomes LLC (“Prosable Outcomes,” “we,” “us”) is an AI-enabled business process operations firm that designs, builds, and operates intelligent workflows on behalf of enterprise clients. We use this Site to describe our services, publish thought leadership, and communicate with prospective and current clients.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to it.

These Terms govern only your use of the Site and do not affect dispute resolution provisions contained in any separate services agreement between Prosable Outcomes and a client.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
